T2122_.53.0837b20: 學修業者。唯修觀解除迷入道。若學觀行雖
T2122_.53.0837b21: 昧名凡。少解理時即無妄取。若不學解*常迷
T2122_.53.0837b22: 道法。雖修諸善不除邪執。非直妄執自不能
T2122_.53.0837b23: 出。多謗正法及行道者。以其迷心未識邪正。
T2122_.53.0837b24: 不知他是不與己同。即謂己是。説他爲非。是
T2122_.53.0837b25: 故迷人心無道法。多依世善妄執相非。故倶
T2122_.53.0837b26: 舍論云。在家由取五塵故。與在家起鬪爭。出
T2122_.53.0837b27: 家由取諸見各不同故。與出家起鬪爭。又成
T2122_.53.0837b28: 論云。若人持戒取爲清淨。名戒取結。即謂所
T2122_.53.0837b29: 取。以爲眞實。餘皆妄語。名見取結。此二是其

T2122_.53.0838a04: 悲夫迷徒障重。棄三車而弗御。漂淪苦海。任
T2122_.53.0838a05: 焦爛而不疲。若螥蠅之樂臭屍。似飛蛾之投
T2122_.53.0838a06: 火聚。良由迷沈多劫備歴艱辛。具受衆苦迄
T2122_.53.0838a07: 今燒煮。故如來大悲不忍永棄。示其苦樂令
T2122_.53.0838a08: 其欣厭。故於此篇略明十惡罪福二行也

T2122_.53.0838a10: 惟凡夫造業乃有多種。自有心與身口相稱。
T2122_.53.0838a11: 亦有身口與心違者。據此而論。凡動身口皆
T2122_.53.0838a12: 由心使。若心不善方能損物。若内有善方能
T2122_.53.0838a13: 順福。雖復損益不同。然三業之本。以心爲源。
T2122_.53.0838a14: 故業起不同。略須料簡。如成實論云。有三人
T2122_.53.0838a15: 倶行繞塔。一爲念佛功徳。二爲盜竊。三爲清
T2122_.53.0838a16: 涼。雖復身業同行。而有善惡無記三性殊別。
T2122_.53.0838a17: 當知罪福由心。身口業相善惡不定。是故四
T2122_.53.0838a18: 分律及成業等。若無心者。雖誤殺父母。不
T2122_.53.0838a19: 得逆罪。亦如嬰兒捉母乳身。則不得罪。以
T2122_.53.0838a20: 無染心故。若依毘曇。即説依報色起方便
T2122_.53.0838a21: 色。以爲身業。聲爲口業。心是罪福體。隱而不
T2122_.53.0838a22: 説。若依大乘教中實説。身口色聲常非罪福。
T2122_.53.0838a23: 若説善惡皆唯是意。如意地思量發動身口。
T2122_.53.0838a24: 即此意思。是身口業體。若直意思不欲發身
T2122_.53.0838a25: 口者。但名意業。故唯識論云。如世人言。賊燒
T2122_.53.0838a26: 山林聚落城邑。不言火燒。此義亦爾。唯依心

T2122_.53.0838b07: 心。二無心傷殺蠕動蟻等命。三若擲鐵等無
T2122_.53.0838b08: 心殺生而斷物命。四醫師治病爲利益故與
T2122_.53.0838b09: 病者藥因打命終。五然火蟲入。無心殺蟲。蟲
T2122_.53.0838b10: 入火死。如是五種雖斷生命不得殺罪。故知
T2122_.53.0838b11: 所造發業皆由心起。又如殺中約心境。
T2122_.53.0838b12: 境不同有上中下。初據境説。如殺畜生。比丘
T2122_.53.0838b13: 得波逸提。殺凡夫學人得波羅夷。殺害父母
T2122_.53.0838b14: 羅漢得五無間重罪。殺邪見斷善根人。得罪
T2122_.53.0838b15: 最輕。不如殺畜生罪。故涅槃經云。菩薩知
T2122_.53.0838b16: 殺有三。謂下中上。下者蟻子乃至一切畜生。
T2122_.53.0838b17: 唯除菩薩示現生者。是諸畜生有微善根。
T2122_.53.0838b18: 是故殺者。具受罪報。中殺者。謂從凡夫至阿
T2122_.53.0838b19: 那含。上殺者。父母羅漢辟支畢定菩薩。若
T2122_.53.0838b20: 有能殺一闡提。則不墮此三種殺中。譬如掘
T2122_.53.0838b21: 地刈草斫樹斬截死屍無有罪報。闡提亦爾
T2122_.53.0838b22: 謂無重
非無輕苦
第二約心者。結罪由心。業有輕重。
T2122_.53.0838b23: 如瞋重則罪重。瞋輕則罪輕。故成論云。或以
T2122_.53.0838b24: 事重故有定報。如於佛及佛弟子。若供養若
T2122_.53.0838b25: 不供養。若輕毀心。或以心重故有定報。如人
T2122_.53.0838b26: 以深厚纒毒殺害蟲蟻。重於輕心殺人。若心
T2122_.53.0838b27: 無瞋。雖殺上境乃至父母。亦不成逆自下諸罪
例有輕重

又正法念經。云何不殺。若稻穀黍麥
T2122_.53.0838b29: 生微細蟲。不擣不磨。知其有蟲。護此蟲命。

T2122_.53.0838c02: 中生蟲。若以漿水洗此瘡時。不以草藥斷此
T2122_.53.0838c03: 蟲命。以鳥毛羽洗拭取蟲。置餘臭爛敗肉之

如是四罪不作是身善儀。妄

T2122_.53.0839c08: 五者以其兩舌業故。感外大地高下不平山
T2122_.53.0839c09: 陵堆埠株杌丘墟。六者以其惡口業故。感生
T2122_.53.0839c10: 外報瓦石沙礫麁澁惡物不可觸近。七者以
T2122_.53.0839c11: 其綺語業故。令諸所有草木稠林枝條棘刺。
T2122_.53.0839c12: 八者以其貪多業故。感生外報令諸苗稼子
T2122_.53.0839c13: 實微細。九者以其瞋恚業故。令諸樹木果實
T2122_.53.0839c14: 苦澁。十者以其邪見業故。感生外報苗稼不
T2122_.53.0839c15: 實收穫尠少。如是十業得外惡報

心經營三寶。任己凡情互用三寶物。

壁上迦葉阿難等形。並不合用得罪。具如上受請篇説。問

本心定入造像。還如前互用文斷。只得造佛不得別用。

者。任將買香沽油造幡營造佛堂種種供佛。受用並得。但

情。若不依法反結無知不學之罪。自外不盡者。具如僧尼

T2122_.53.0844c03: 貿易寶物。何以故。如來塔物無人能與作價
T2122_.53.0844c04: 者。又佛無所須故。如是營事人者。三寶之物
T2122_.53.0844c05: 不應令雜。以自雜用得大苦報。若受一劫。若
T2122_.53.0844c06: 過一劫。以侵三寶物故。又寶梁經云。佛言。營
T2122_.53.0844c07: 事比丘若生瞋心。於持戒大徳人所。以自在
T2122_.53.0844c08: 故驅令役使。故墮地獄。若得爲人作奴僕。爲
T2122_.53.0844c09: 主苦役。人所鞭打。又營事比丘。以自在故更
T2122_.53.0844c10: 作重制。過僧常限。謫罰比丘。非時令作。以此
T2122_.53.0844c11: 不善根故墮於多釘小地獄中。生此中已以
T2122_.53.0844c12: 百千釘釘挓其身。其身熾然如大火聚。又營
T2122_.53.0844c13: 事比丘於持戒有大徳所。以重事悑之。以瞋
