T1443_.23.0992a04: 餘義如上。自他同前。地者有其二種。謂生地 T1443_.23.0992a05: 非生地。云何生地。謂性是生地。或因發掘於 T1443_.23.0992a06: 三月中經天大雨是名生地。若無雨者經六 T1443_.23.0992a07: 月後方名爲生。釋罪如上。此中犯相其事云 T1443_.23.0992a08: 何。若尼掘損生地得墮罪。若非生地得惡作 T1443_.23.0992a29: 飮食供養。并及一切所須之物不令有闕。時 T1443_.23.0992b01: 六衆於三月中常噉好食皆如醫教。三月既 T1443_.23.0992b02: 了尚從厨人索好美味。大名譏嫌。受他請了 T1443_.23.0992b03: 非分強索。以縁白佛。佛言。勿復從施主強爲 T1443_.23.0992b04: 乞索因生忿惱。廣説先縁。乃至種種訶責。告 T1443_.23.0992b05: 諸苾芻。我觀十利爲二部弟子制其學處。應 T1443_.23.0992b06: 如是説 T1443_.23.0992b07: 若復苾芻尼。有四月請須時應受。若過受者 T1443_.23.0992b08: 波逸底迦 T1443_.23.0992b09: 如是制已。時勝光大王。請佛及僧三月供養。 T1443_.23.0992b10: 時有苾芻施主復請。佛言我今隨開。若別 T1443_.23.0992b11: 別請者應受無犯。復有客來不被王請遂行 T1443_.23.0992b12: 乞食。王因見之。問言。我請。衆僧何因乞食。 T1443_.23.0992b13: 答言。我不受請。王曰。我今更請食。佛言。若 T1443_.23.0992b14: 更請者應受。乃至慇懃重請。王請食了而行 T1443_.23.0992b15: 乞食。王復常請。佛言。若常請者亦應受。世尊 T1443_.23.0992b16: 讃歎持戒少欲。訶責多欲。告諸苾芻曰。前是 T1443_.23.0992b17: 創制今更隨開。應如是説 T1443_.23.0992b18: 若復苾芻尼。有四月請須時應受。若過受者。 T1443_.23.0992b19: 除餘時波逸底迦。餘時者。謂別請更請慇懃 T1443_.23.0992b20: 請常請。此是時 T1443_.23.0992b21: 餘義如上。四月者。謂齊四月。請受者。請許 T1443_.23.0992b22: 其事。若過者。*請過期限。除餘時者。謂別請 T1443_.23.0992b23: 時。即是不同餘人。更請。謂數數更請。慇懃請 T1443_.23.0992b24: 者。謂更慇懃盡心而請。常請者。謂是長時延 T1443_.23.0992b25: 芻尼。有四月請須時應受。若過受者。除餘時 T1443_.23.0992c12: 波逸底迦。乃至此是時。既爲説已。六衆報曰。 T1443_.23.0992c13: 汝是愚癡。不分明不善好。豈用汝言。我若見 T1443_.23.0992c14: 餘善閑三藏者。當隨彼言受行學處。作是罵 T1443_.23.0992c15: 已遂便捨去。又至十二衆尼處。彼亦作非法 T1443_.23.0992c16: 言。餘衆苾芻苾芻尼。聞已歡喜頂受奉行。廣 T1443_.23.0992c17: 説乃至世尊問實訶責。告言。我觀十利制其 T1443_.23.0992c18: 學處。應如是説 T1443_.23.0992c19: 若復苾芻尼。聞諸苾芻尼作如是語。具壽。仁 T1443_.23.0992c20: 當習行如是學處。彼作是語。我實不能用汝 T1443_.23.0992c21: 愚癡不分明不善解者。所説之言受行學處。 T1443_.23.0992c22: 我若見餘善閑三藏。當隨彼言而受行者。波 T1443_.23.0992c23: 逸底迦。若彼苾芻尼實欲求解者。當問三藏。 T1443_.23.0992c24: 此是時 T1443_.23.0992c25: 餘義如上。具壽仁今當習如是學處者。謂是 T1443_.23.0992c26: 所傳學處。不能用汝愚癡等者。謂思其惡思 T1443_.23.0992c27: 説其惡説。作其惡作。名之爲愚。若不持經律 T1443_.23.0992c28: 論。名之爲癡。若於三藏不了其義。名不分明。 T1443_.23.0992c29: 若於三藏不善決擇。名不善解。餘文易知。乃 T1443_.23.0993a01: 至釋罪皆如上説。此中犯相其事云何。若尼 T1443_.23.0993a02: 告餘尼。作如是語。仁可習行如是學處。彼便 T1443_.23.0993a19: 作評論。言求過者。謂求覓過愆更相道説。紛 T1443_.23.0993a20: 擾者。謂情不含忍發擧其事。諍競者。以此諍 T1443_.23.0993a21: 事入鬪諍門。自結朋黨共相扶扇。鬪諍而住 T1443_.23.0993a22: 默而聽者。謂竊聽其言隨彼所説。鬪亂者。欲 T1443_.23.0993a23: 令粉競不止息也。釋罪如上。此中犯相。若尼 T1443_.23.0993a24: 在於閣共爲議論。有餘苾芻尼昇閣之時。應 T1443_.23.0993a25: 蹈階道作聲。或謦欬或彈指。若不作如是事 T1443_.23.0993a26: 昇閣之時。但聞言聲未解其義。得惡作罪。若 T1443_.23.0993a27: 解言義便得墮罪。廣説如前。乃至門屋輕重 T1443_.23.0993a28: 之罪。隨事應知。若經行處若靜林中。亦准事 T1443_.23.0993a29: 應識。若隨路行時共爲籌議。苾芻尼後來。所 T1443_.23.0993b01: 有行法皆准昇閣應知。若不作者得罪輕重 T1443_.23.0993b02: 如上。若先無讐隙。偶爾聞之。或復聽已。欲 T1443_.23.0993b03: 令鬪諍方便殄息者。無犯 T1443_.23.0993b04: 不與欲默然起去學處第六十 T1443_.23.0993b05: 於死處。汝等諦聽。我當爲説。昔有一賊穿牆 T1443_.23.0997b09: 作孔而入王家。盜多金銀諸妙珍寶裹持而 T1443_.23.0997b10: 出。遂於孔邊遺忘一杓。却來欲取爲防守人 T1443_.23.0997b11: 之所擒獲。送至王所。勅令法官截去手足。時 T1443_.23.0997b12: 有天人爲説頌曰 T1443_.23.0997b13: 不應作多貪 貪是罪惡事 T1443_.23.0997b14: 若作多貪者 所獲皆散失 T1443_.23.0997b15: 如彼求遺杓 遂遭衆苦難 T1443_.23.0997b16: 汝等苾芻。於意云何。昔時賊者豈異人乎。今 T1443_.23.0997b17: 吐羅尼是。由其貪心獲無利苦。今亦如是。復 T1443_.23.0997b18: 次諸苾芻。此尼由懷貪故。多遭無利所獲散 T1443_.23.0997b19: 失。汝等諦聽。我今更説。乃往古昔。於婆羅痆 T1443_.23.0997b20: 斯城中有一金寶作師。娶妻未久遂誕一女。 T1443_.23.0997b21: 容儀端正顏色超絶甚可愛樂。女年長大其 T1443_.23.0997b22: 父命過。遂生鵝趣得爲鵝王。女受貧苦甚大 T1443_.23.0997b23: 艱辛。父爲鵝王憶前生事作心觀女。若爲存 T1443_.23.0997b24: 濟遂見貧窮受諸苦惱。戀愛女故飛往寶洲。 T1443_.23.0997b25: 銜一寶珠於晨朝時置女門下。女收寶珠遂 T1443_.23.0997b26: 深藏擧。鵝王如是毎且常送。女亦收藏竟 T1443_.23.0997b27: 不費用。如是其女有多寶珠。念曰誰與我珠。 T1443_.23.0997b28: 即於後夜側門伺候。遂見鵞來便作是念。此 T1443_.23.0997b29: 鵞身中並是寶藏。毎來門首棄一而去。作何 T1443_.23.0997c01: 方便我當捉得總取寶珠。爲求鵞故密張羅 T1443_.23.0997c02: 網。鵞王見網作如是念。此罪惡物不識恩情 T1443_.23.0997c03: 而欲害我。便即飛去更不重來。天説頌曰 T1443_.23.0997c04: 不應作多貪 貪是罪惡事 T1443_.23.0997c05: 若作多貪者 所獲皆散失 T1443_.23.0997c06: 汝今爲捉鵞 寶珠便斷絶 T1443_.23.0997c07: 汝等苾芻於意云何。昔時女者豈異人乎。今 T1443_.23.0997c08: 吐羅難陀苾芻尼是。由貪心故失諸寶物。今 T1443_.23.0997c09: 由貪心被他所打驅出園外絶其希望。由是 T1443_.23.0997c10: 義故。諸苾芻尼不應多貪 T1443_.23.0997c11: 剃隱處毛學處第七十四 T1443_.23.0997c12: 縁處同前。時吐羅難陀尼。於顯露處剃腋底 T1443_.23.0997c13: 毛。餘尼見問。誰剃腋毛棄於此處。吐羅尼曰。 T1443_.23.0997c14: 是我。諸尼復問。因何事故。答言。腋毛惱我是 T1443_.23.0997c15: 以剃却。諸尼曰。聖姉。斯爲淨事耶。報曰。隨 T1443_.23.0997c16: 淨不淨我已剃竟。諸苾芻尼白苾芻。苾芻白 T1443_.23.0997c17: 佛。佛告吐羅難陀尼。汝實剃腋毛耶。白言實 T1443_.23.0997c18: 爾。大徳。世尊種種呵責。廣説乃至爲諸聲聞 T1443_.23.0997c19: 苾芻尼弟子。於毘奈耶制其學處。應如是 T1443_.23.0997c20: 説 T1443_.23.0997c21: 若復苾芻尼。剃隱處毛者。波逸底迦。若復苾 T1443_.23.0997c22: 芻尼者。謂吐羅難陀苾芻尼。或復餘尼。隱處 T1443_.23.0997c23: 者。謂非顯處。剃毛者。謂除其毛。墮罪如前。 T1443_.23.0997c24: 乃至犯相其事云何。若諸苾芻尼。剃隱毛者。 T1443_.23.0997c25: 皆得墮罪 T1443_.23.0997c26: 洗淨不過量學處第七十五 T1443_.23.0997c27:
