又生經。世尊以偈讃曰

T2122_.53.0985b06: 難。乃往過世時有太子。號曰所現。端正姝
T2122_.53.0985b07: 好。從園觀出。道見一人得病困篤。見已有
T2122_.53.0985b08: 哀傷之心。問於病人。以何等藥得療卿病。病
T2122_.53.0985b09: 者答曰。唯王身血得療我病。爾時太子即以
T2122_.53.0985b10: 利刀刺身出血以與病者。至心施與意無悔
T2122_.53.0985b11: 恨。爾時太子者即我身是。四大海水尚可
T2122_.53.0985b12: 量。我身施血不可稱限。又往過世有王太子。
T2122_.53.0985b13: 號曰蓮華王。端正姝好。從園觀出。道見一
T2122_.53.0985b14: 人身體病癘。見已哀念問於病者。以得何
T2122_.53.0985b15: 藥療於汝病。病者答曰。得王身髓以塗我身。
T2122_.53.0985b16: 其病乃愈。是時太子即破身骨。以得其髓。持
T2122_.53.0985b17: 與病者。歡喜惠施心無悔恨。爾時太子者即
T2122_.53.0985b18: 我身是。四大海水尚可*斗量。身髓布施不可

T2122_.53.0985b20: 又往去世有王。號曰月明。端正姝好。從宮
T2122_.53.0985b21: 而出。道見盲者。貧窮飢餓隨道乞丐。往趣
T2122_.53.0985b22: 王所。爾時月明王。見此盲人。哀之涙出。謂於
T2122_.53.0985b23: 盲者有何等藥得療卿病。盲者答曰。唯得
T2122_.53.0985b24: 眼。能愈我病。眼乃得視。是時明王自取兩
T2122_.53.0985b25: 眼。以施盲者。其心清然無一悔意。爾時月
T2122_.53.0985b26: 明王者即我身是。須彌之山尚可稱知斤兩。
T2122_.53.0985b27: 我眼布施不可稱計
T2122_.53.0985b28: 佛語阿難。彌勒菩薩本求道時。不持耳鼻身
T2122_.53.0985b29: 命等施以成佛道。但以善權方便安樂之行。
T2122_.53.0985c01: 彼無上正眞之道。阿難白佛。以何善權
T2122_.53.0985c02: 得致佛道。佛語阿難。彌勒菩薩晝夜各三正

T2122_.53.0985c08: 中臥。無瞻視者。佛將五百比丘往到其所。
T2122_.53.0985c09: 使諸比丘傳共視之。爲作漿粥。而諸比丘聞
T2122_.53.0985c10: 其臭處。皆共賤之。佛使帝釋取其湯水。佛
T2122_.53.0985c11: 以金剛之手洗病比丘身體。地尋震動。豁然
T2122_.53.0985c12: 大明。莫不驚肅。國王臣民天龍鬼神無央數
T2122_.53.0985c13: 人。往到佛所稽首作禮。白佛言。佛爲世尊。三
T2122_.53.0985c14: 界無比。道徳已備。云何屈意。洗病比丘。佛
T2122_.53.0985c15: 告國王及衆會者言。如來所以出現於世。正
T2122_.53.0985c16: 爲此窮厄無護者耳。供養病痩沙門道人。及
T2122_.53.0985c17: 諸貧窮孤獨老人。其福無量所願如意。會當
T2122_.53.0985c18: 得道。王白佛言。今此比丘宿有何罪。因病
T2122_.53.0985c19: 積年療治不差。佛告王曰。往昔有王。名曰
T2122_.53.0985c20: 惡行。治政嚴暴。使一多力五百主令鞭人。
T2122_.53.0985c21: 五百假王威怒私作寒暑。若欲鞭者齎其
T2122_.53.0985c22: 數。得物者鞭輕。不得鞭重。擧國患之。有
T2122_.53.0985c23: 一賢者爲人所謀。應當得鞭。報五百言。吾
T2122_.53.0985c24: 是佛弟子。素無罪過。爲人所枉。願小垂恕。
T2122_.53.0985c25: 五百聞是佛弟子。輕手過鞭。無著身者。五
T2122_.53.0985c26: 百壽終墮地獄中。栲掠萬毒。罪滅復出墮畜
T2122_.53.0985c27: 生中。*常被撾杖。五百餘世罪畢爲人。常嬰
T2122_.53.0985c28: 重病痛不離身。爾時國王者今調達是。五百
T2122_.53.0985c29: 者今此病比丘是。時賢者今吾身是。吾以前
T2122_.53.0986a01: 世爲其恕鞭不著身。是故世尊躬爲洗之。人
T2122_.53.0986a02: 作善惡殃福隨人。雖更生死不可得免。於是

T2122_.53.0986a04:     撾杖良善 妄讒無罪 其殃十倍

T2122_.53.0986a10: 時病比丘聞佛此偈及宿命事。剋心自責。所
T2122_.53.0986a11: 患除愈。得阿羅漢道。賢提國王。沒命奉行得

T2122_.53.0986a13: 又善生經云。瞻病人不應生厭。若自無物
T2122_.53.0986a14: 出外求之。若不得貸三寶物看。差已十倍還
T2122_.53.0986a15: 之。五百問事云。看病人將病人物。爲病人
T2122_.53.0986a16: 供給所須。不問病者。或問起嫌。並不得用。
T2122_.53.0986a17: 若已取者應償。不還犯重罪。又四分律云。
T2122_.53.0986a18: 看病得五功徳。一知病人可食不可食。可食
T2122_.53.0986a19: 便與。二不惡賤病人大小便利唾吐。三有慈
T2122_.53.0986a20: 愍心。不爲衣食故看。四能經理湯藥。乃至
T2122_.53.0986a21: 差。若命終。五能爲病人説法歡喜己善法

T2122_.53.0986a29: 竭而爲焦故。良醫導之以鍼石。救之以藥
T2122_.53.0986b01: 濟。聖人和之以至徳。輔之以人事。故體有
T2122_.53.0986b02: 可愈之疾。天地有可消之災也
T2122_.53.0986b03: 如増一阿含經云。爾時世尊告諸比丘。有三
T2122_.53.0986b04: 大患。云何爲三。一風爲大患。二痰爲大患。
T2122_.53.0986b05: 三冷爲大患。然有三良藥治。風患者蘇爲
T2122_.53.0986b06: 良藥。及*蘇所作飯食。若*痰患者蜜爲良藥。
T2122_.53.0986b07: 及蜜所作飯食。若冷患者油爲良藥。及油所
T2122_.53.0986b08: 作飯食。是謂三大患有此三藥治。如是比丘
T2122_.53.0986b09: 亦有三大患。一貪欲。二瞋恚。三愚癡。然有三
T2122_.53.0986b10: 良藥治。一若貪欲起時以不淨往治。及思惟
T2122_.53.0986b11: 不淨道。二若瞋恚大患者。以慈心往治。及
T2122_.53.0986b12: 思惟慈心道。三若愚癡大患者。以智慧往治。
T2122_.53.0986b13: 思惟因縁所起道。是謂比丘有此三大患

T2122_.53.0986b15: 又金光明經云。佛在世時。有持水長者。善知
T2122_.53.0986b16: 醫方。救諸病苦。持水長者有子。名曰流水。端
T2122_.53.0986b17: 正第一威徳具足。受性聰敏善解諸論。見諸
T2122_.53.0986b18: 衆生受諸苦惱。時長者子即至父所。説偈

T2122_.53.0986c27: 千煩惱。譬如寶珠能除黒暗。般若波羅蜜亦

T2122_.53.0987a08: 好房中。擬道俗問訊生善。瞻病人毎須燒香
T2122_.53.0987a09: 然燈。香汁塗地。供待人客。依西域祇桓寺
T2122_.53.0987a10: 圖云。寺西北角日光沒處爲無常院。若有病
T2122_.53.0987a11: 者安置在中。堂號無常多生厭背。去者極衆。
T2122_.53.0987a12: 還唯一二。其堂内安一立像金色塗者。面
T2122_.53.0987a13: 向東方。當置病人在像前坐。若無力者。令
T2122_.53.0987a14: 病人臥面向西方觀佛相好。其像手中繋一
T2122_.53.0987a15: 五色綵幡。令病人手執幡脚作往生淨土之
