T1443_.23.0908a27: 生五百童子。其耶輸陀羅鹿母瞿舁此三爲
T1443_.23.0908a28: 首。倶時誕生六萬童女。復有五百侍男闡陀
T1443_.23.0908a29: 爲首。及五百侍女同時而生。又有五百母象
T1443_.23.0908b01: 建託爲首。及五百牝馬各生一子。是時大地

T1443_.23.0908b10: 爾時摩掲陀國有一大城名尼拘律。安隱豐
T1443_.23.0908b11: 樂人民熾盛。於此城中有大婆羅門亦名尼
T1443_.23.0908b12: 拘律。富有財産多諸僕使。金銀珍寶倉庫盈
T1443_.23.0908b13: 溢。有大力勢如毘沙門王。復有十八廣大聚
T1443_.23.0908b14: 落以充封祿。十六大邑以充僕使。有六十億
T1443_.23.0908b15: 上妙眞金。其摩掲陀主大蓮花王有千具犁。
T1443_.23.0908b16: 婆羅門家犁數亦等。恐招過咎。於千數中但
T1443_.23.0908b17: 減其一。然由宿因福善所感業果成熟。種糠
T1443_.23.0908b18: 麥子便生金麥。毎收果實滿二百餘石。其人
T1443_.23.0908b19: 毎日朝覲王時。恒以一掬金麥獻壽。願王福
T1443_.23.0908b20: 命無窮。後於望族娶女爲妻。經歴多年了無
T1443_.23.0908b21: 子息。恒求繼嗣竟未稱心。遂便享祭一切神
T1443_.23.0908b22: 祇。雖久祈請不能遂意。心懷憂苦掌頬而歎。
T1443_.23.0908b23: 我今家資巨億。既無繼嗣將欲付誰。終被官
T1443_.23.0908b24: 收自無毫分。母曰。汝今何故如是長歎。答曰。
T1443_.23.0908b25: 我今身心豈得安隱。資産豐贍世所希有。現
T1443_.23.0908b26: 無子息形命難保。一旦壽終咸皆散失。母曰。
T1443_.23.0908b27: 且止勿憂示汝方便。我見世間無子息者。或
T1443_.23.0908b28: 自祈請或令他求。發慇重心無願不果。子白
T1443_.23.0908b29: 母曰。其事如何。母曰。我先無子。求尼拘律樹
T1443_.23.0908c01: 遂便有汝。汝今宜於神樹竭力祈請。但求一
T1443_.23.0908c02: 子必當遂意。時婆羅門奉母教已。於後園内
T1443_.23.0908c03: 畢鉢羅樹下。廣設珍羞具申祈請曰。伏惟樹
T1443_.23.0908c04: 神早授我子。若稱願者。請於此處廣立神堂。
T1443_.23.0908c05: 并設大會慶謝殊恩。於日日中常作如是祈
T1443_.23.0908c06: 請發願。又告神曰。若不遂意我當連根伐樹
T1443_.23.0908c07: 令汝無依。于時天神知此慇懃心生惶懼。念
T1443_.23.0908c08: 我無力當如之何。即便速往毘沙門處。白言
T1443_.23.0908c09: 大天。有婆羅門爲求子故。於我住處欲爲斬
T1443_.23.0908c10: 伐。幸願垂恩曲存愍濟。天王聞已。自念無力。
T1443_.23.0908c11: 即往上天。白帝釋曰。願見聽察。今我所管居
T1443_.23.0908c12: 住之處。有人求子不能遂心欲爲斬伐。既有
T1443_.23.0908c13: 斯厄幸願哀憐。天主聞已。告輔佐曰。若有天
T1443_.23.0908c14: 子衰相現前須來報我。作是教已敬承天命。
T1443_.23.0908c15: 後於異時有一天子五衰相現。即便速往告
T1443_.23.0908c16: 天主曰。今有天子死相現前。命來告曰。汝今

T1443_.23.0908c23: 終已。便往尼拘律氏託蘊受生。聰慧女人有
T1443_.23.0908c24: 五奇智。何謂爲五。一知男子有欲心。二知時
T1443_.23.0908c25: 節。三知從某人得娠。四知是男。五知是女。于
T1443_.23.0908c26: 時彼婦既有娠已心大歡喜。告其夫曰。仁者
T1443_.23.0908c27: 知不。今有善子來入我胎宜大慶悦。夫聞説
T1443_.23.0908c28: 已喜遍身心。高聲唱言。善哉安樂。我從昔來

T1443_.23.0912a06: 生染心。雖極厭汚不能遠離。遂被五百無衣
T1443_.23.0912a07: 外道共行非法。妙賢罵曰。仁等作此鄙惡之
T1443_.23.0912a08: 行。豈成修道。女身柔軟。既被輕辱受苦難堪。
T1443_.23.0912a09: 即以其事告無衣外道女。諸女答曰。汝可往
T1443_.23.0912a10: 詣大師晡刺拏處具述斯事。女聞此教。便詣

T1443_.23.0912a19: 城乞食忽見妙賢。問言賢首。汝比頗得安樂

T1443_.23.0912a21: 目悲不自持。飮涙言曰。與誰爲伴。欲於何處
T1443_.23.0912a22: 修淨行耶。昔我與仁居一柱觀。十二年内堅
T1443_.23.0912a23: 修妙業。淨行嚴潔始終不踰。初無染心以手
T1443_.23.0912a24: 相觸。一從乖異濫投於此。雜穢群聚事同畜
T1443_.23.0912a25: 生。不成出家何有淨行。時迦攝波重問其故。
T1443_.23.0912a26: 妙賢致敬猶如慈父。以事白知。彼作是念。此
T1443_.23.0912a27: 女頗有宿善根不。斂念觀已知有解脱分善
T1443_.23.0912a28: 根。誰當濟度。知屬於己。報言賢首。何不於
T1443_.23.0912a29: 此善説法律而爲出家。答曰聖者。勿令此中
T1443_.23.0912b01: 還傳印法。答言。止止賢首。勿作是説。今我大
T1443_.23.0912b02: 師萬徳圓滿滅一切障。是眞福田是歸依處。
T1443_.23.0912b03: 微妙寂靜證眞解脱。豈容將彼極下劣法而
T1443_.23.0912b04: 相比耶。妙賢聞已歡喜隨行。遂將妙賢付大
T1443_.23.0912b05: 世主。告言聖者。此妙賢女心欣勝法。極善作

T1443_.23.0912b21: 已。至妙賢處教其法要。此事應作此不應作。

T1443_.23.0912c02: 念。今此美女特異常人。宜可進王冀除憂
T1443_.23.0912c03: 慼。作是念已將近王室。強逼妙賢脱去法衣。
T1443_.23.0912c04: 著諸彩服具備瓔珞塗拭名香。令親侍人進
T1443_.23.0912c05: 至王所。時未生怨王纔觀此女姿容妙絶。遂
T1443_.23.0912c06: 釋憂懷。復由妙賢惡業時熟。如瀑流水無能
T1443_.23.0912c07: 止遏。遂被惡王強見陵辱。如中毒箭生大憂
T1443_.23.0912c08: 苦。是時大世主於十五日欲褒灑陀。遍觀尼

T1443_.23.0912c15: 煩惱魔。何不發起大神通事。受斯陵辱。時蓮

T1443_.23.0915c16: 黎元猶如赤子。其毘鉢尸佛等正覺。與六十
T1443_.23.0915c17: 二萬苾芻圍繞。去親慧王都不遠河邊而住。
T1443_.23.0915c18: 佛在座時。苾芻大衆威嚴尊重光彩超絶。後

T1443_.23.0916b24: 佛告諸苾芻。非但彼時令天惑亂而爲美頌。
T1443_.23.0916b25: 乃往昔時亦復如是。由此女故城邑聚落諸
T1443_.23.0916b26: 少男子。皆於彼所而爲歌詠。汝等諦聽。往時
T1443_.23.0916b27: 於一聚落。長者有妻。顏容端正形儀超絶甚
T1443_.23.0916b28: 可愛樂。時五少年因至聚落見長者妻。情皆
T1443_.23.0916b29: 染著心並迷亂。令使告知私相求。及欲於某
T1443_.23.0916c01: 處共爲交會。時此婦人報夫主曰。有諸少年

T1443_.23.0917a07: 會。時有五百同邑義人各送金錢。於婬女處
T1443_.23.0917a08: 請某芳園共爲集會。婬女得錢往詣期處。路
T1443_.23.0917a09: 逢王子遂被留連不赴園所。彼五百人期時
T1443_.23.0917a10: 將過各懷憂惱。時有獨覺性懷哀愍。受下臥
T1443_.23.0917a11: 具爲上福田住空閑所。於小食時著衣持鉢
T1443_.23.0917a12: 詣五百人所。時彼諸人見此大士身心寂然。
T1443_.23.0917a13: 各持美饌而爲奉施。大士即便昇空現諸神
T1443_.23.0917a14: 變。廣説如餘。乃至合掌發願。我等今於最上
T1443_.23.0917a15: 福田而興福業當獲此報。彼惡婬女取錢不
T1443_.23.0917a16: 赴。各令我等心生憂惱。從彼在俗或復出家。
T1443_.23.0917a17: 願我當來常相惱逼共行非法。汝諸苾芻於
T1443_.23.0917a18: 意云何。往時五百人者豈異人乎。今五百外
T1443_.23.0917a19: 道是。其婬女者即妙賢是。由此因縁彼雖出
T1443_.23.0917a20: 家。五百外道尚行惡逼。時諸苾芻復請世尊。
T1443_.23.0917a21: 妙賢先作何業。證阿羅漢果。復被未生怨王
T1443_.23.0917a22: 而爲強逼行不淨行。佛言。由昔願力。大徳。彼
T1443_.23.0917a23: 於誰處發斯願耶。佛言。乃往昔時有一長者。
T1443_.23.0917a24: 娶妻經久竟無子息。長者念曰。此妻不生可
T1443_.23.0917a25: 別娶婦。迎第二妻。既至家中得新忘舊。輕
T1443_.23.0917a26: 賤前妻愛重後婦。前妻白夫我受五戒。夫見
T1443_.23.0917a27: 持戒情生敬重。後婦生嫉而作是念。作何方
T1443_.23.0917a28: 計令其破戒。遂將酒與夫飮之令醉引其入
T1443_.23.0917a29: 房。彼婦睡眠。夫便強逼共行非法。即於前婦
T1443_.23.0917b01: 極生惱恨。時有獨覺。於小食時著衣持鉢。入

T1443_.23.0917b23: 贍部洲。如是東西北洲。一一各經千度
T1443_.23.0917b24: 生。從四天王盡六欲天乃至光音天。各經千
T1443_.23.0917b25: 生。今遇世尊出家修行。斷諸煩惱證阿羅漢。
T1443_.23.0917b26: 汝等苾芻。此迦攝波所造之業果報成熟。廣
T1443_.23.0917b27: 説如前。乃至果報還自受。汝等苾芻。乃往過
T1443_.23.0917b28: 去於婆羅痆斯。王名梵授。以法化世。去城不
T1443_.23.0917b29: 遠有寂靜處。花林欝茂甚可愛樂。有仙人居
T1443_.23.0917c01: 止深懷慈念。哀愍有情常求利益。倶與五百
T1443_.23.0917c02: 仙人居住於此。佛不在世獨覺出現。常懷慈
T1443_.23.0917c03: 愍受下臥具爲上福田。去仙不遠作草庵住。
T1443_.23.0917c04: 是時大士於小食時。著衣持鉢入城乞食次
T1443_.23.0917c05: 第乞已便昇虚空。王與臣佐朝集而住。遂見
T1443_.23.0917c06: 大士昇於空中虔心頂禮。王問住處。嚴
T1443_.23.0917c07: 好食持將奉施。毎日三時往獨覺所。時有
T1443_.23.0917c08: 童子依止仙住。而作是念今此大士苦行成
T1443_.23.0917c09: 就。毎日三時國王參禮。作是念已。日亦三時
T1443_.23.0917c10: 詣獨覺處。又於他日大士持鉢往北拘盧洲。
T1443_.23.0917c11: 乞自然粳米飯滿鉢而還。香氣普熏仙住林
T1443_.23.0917c12: 所。其仙童子至獨覺所。白言大士。尊於何處
T1443_.23.0917c13: 得此食來。獨覺報曰。從北拘盧洲。仙童聞已

T1443_.23.0918b01: 所犯事。同時諸苾芻尼知是有主物。所有草
T1443_.23.0918b02: 木牛糞之類不與而取。時諸俗旅婆羅門等。
T1443_.23.0918b03: 共譏嫌言。此禿沙門尼。知是他物不與而取
T1443_.23.0918b04: 自充己用。與俗何異。誰能輟己持食施此禿
T1443_.23.0918b05: 尼。尼聞以事白諸苾芻。苾芻白佛。世尊以此
T1443_.23.0918b06: 因縁集諸尼衆。見有利益知而故問諸苾芻
T1443_.23.0918b07: 尼曰。汝等實爾知是他物不與而取。白言是
T1443_.23.0918b08: 實。佛即訶責。此非沙門尼。非釋迦女所應爲
T1443_.23.0918b09: 事。我爲十利制其學處。廣説乃至我今
T1443_.23.0918b10: 諸聲聞苾芻尼。於毘奈耶制其學處。應如是

T1443_.23.0918b12: 若復苾芻尼。若在聚落若空閑處。他不與物
T1443_.23.0918b13: 以盜心取。如是盜時。若王若大臣。若捉若殺
T1443_.23.0918b14: 若縛驅擯若呵責言。咄女子汝是賊。癡無所
T1443_.23.0918b15: 知作如是盜。如是盜者。此苾芻尼亦得波羅

T1443_.23.0918b17: 若復苾芻尼者。釋義如上。若聚落者。謂牆柵
T1443_.23.0918b18: 内。空閑處謂牆柵外。他者。謂女男黄門半擇
T1443_.23.0918b19: 迦。不與取者。謂無人授與。物謂金等。以盜心
T1443_.23.0918b20: 取者。謂他不與物賊心而取。如是盜時者。若
T1443_.23.0918b21: 五磨灑。或過五磨灑。若王。謂刹帝利。若婆羅
T1443_.23.0918b22: 門若薜舍。若戌達羅。受刹帝利灌頂位者皆
T1443_.23.0918b23: 名爲王。若有女人受灌頂位亦名爲王。若大
T1443_.23.0918b24: 臣者。謂王輔相。爲王籌議政事以自存活。捉
T1443_.23.0918b25: 者。謂執將來。殺者。謂斷其命。縛者有三種
T1443_.23.0918b26: 縛。謂鐵木繩。驅擯者。謂逐令出國。作如是訶
T1443_.23.0918b27: 責。咄女子汝是賊。汝癡無所知者。是輕毀言。
T1443_.23.0918b28: 若此者。指行盜人。苾芻尼。謂得苾芻尼性。
T1443_.23.0918b29: 云何苾芻尼性。謂受近圓。廣説如上。波羅市
T1443_.23.0918c01: 迦者。是盜重罪極可厭惡。是可嫌賤不可愛
T1443_.23.0918c02: 樂。若人犯此罪時。亦纔犯已。即非沙門女。非
T1443_.23.0918c03: 釋迦女失苾芻尼性乖涅槃性。墮落崩倒被
T1443_.23.0918c04: 他所勝不可救濟。如截多羅樹頭不能欝茂
T1443_.23.0918c05: 増長廣大。名波羅市迦。不應共住者。此人不
T1443_.23.0918c06: 得與餘苾芻尼而作共住。若褒灑陀。若隨意
T1443_.23.0918c07: 事。單白白二白四羯磨。若十二種人羯磨。並
T1443_.23.0918c08: 不應差。由此故名不應共住。此中犯相其事
